The MATERYA Lever Guard was developed with a high-performance engineering approach: each element is manufactured using the technology best suited to its function, without compromising the design.

The main body is machined from billet aluminum using precision CNC manufacturing, allowing tight dimensional control, refined geometries and a distinctly technical surface finish. The machining marks are deliberately preserved as part of the design language, making the production process itself visible.

The end piece takes the concept even further. It is manufactured in titanium using industrial additive manufacturing, an advanced production technology that transforms complex digital geometries directly into physical components and enables forms that would be difficult to achieve with conventional machining alone.

The result is a component where CNC machining and Additive Manufacturing work together in the same product, each process selected to exploit its specific strengths.

More than a lever guard, it is a digitally engineered component produced through two of the most advanced manufacturing technologies available today.

BILLET-MACHINED ALUMINUM
The main structure is CNC-machined from solid aluminum billet to achieve high dimensional precision, controlled surfaces and a distinctive technical finish.

TITANIUM ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
The end piece is produced in titanium through industrial additive manufacturing, turning a complex digital geometry directly into a physical component.
